I’m camera-shy and usually hate my photo. Can you still get a good result?
Most of the business owners you see in my portfolio started by saying those exact words. My process isn't about you 'being a model'; it’s about professional coaching. I guide you through every micro-expression and pose to ensure you look confident and approachable until you are 100% happy before I even leave.
Can we shoot at my home office or a specific location?
Absolutely. Lifestyle and environmental headshots are highly effective for personal and business branding. Whether it's your home office or a co-working space, I ensure the image quality is indistinguishable from a high-end London studio, with the added context of your professional environment.
Will people stare if we shoot in a public or corporate location?
Public shoots are handled with total discretion. My equipment is streamlined for mobility, and we move efficiently. While passers-by may glance for a second, my focus is entirely on you. I strategically schedule these sessions during 'golden hours' or quiet periods to ensure you have the space to feel relaxed and focused on the shoot.
What should I wear?
We cover this in detail during your pre-shoot consultation. Generally, I recommend rich textures and solid tones that complement your brand palette and avoid busy patterns. Bringing a few options is always encouraged.
How long until I get my final images?
Time is a business asset. You’ll receive your proofing gallery within 48 hours of our session. Once you select your favourites, the final high-end retouched images are delivered digitally within 5–7 working days*.
What exactly is 'retouching'? Will I look like a different person?
My philosophy is 'being your authentic self' so I don't create 'AI-looking' skin; your clients should recognise you instantly when they meet you in person. I do, however, handle temporary blemishes, stray hairs, and skin redness, and I subtly optimise lighting and colour.
Do I own the copyright to the images?
You are granted a commercial license to use the images for all your professional marketing needs such as your website and social media platforms.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
As a business owner, I know things move fast. I offer a one-time reschedule free of charge, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given, so we can keep your branding on track without stress.
How do we handle the investment and paperwork?
To keep things simple and secure, our process is fully digital.
Booking: Once we agree on a date, you’ll receive a digital Service Agreement and an invoice for the session fee to confirm your slot.
The Session: We shoot, review, and select your favourites.
Delivery: After final retouching, a second invoice for your chosen image package is issued. Once settled, your high-resolution digital assets are released for immediate download.
*Upon final payment - terms disclosed in the digital Service Agreement.
